SATO Windows® Printer Drivers

The SATO Windows Printer Drivers support all the current printer models. These printer drivers are to be used with labeling software and other Windows-based programs on the following Microsoft Windows operating systems:

  • Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7,Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012R2 (64bit only), Windows Server 2008R2 (64bit only), Windows Server 2008

  • If the printer driver ZIP file is not automatically downloaded: Go to SATO Windows Printer Drivers. Scroll down to find the Supported Printers list that contains the WS408/WS412 printer models. Click the download arrow at the end of that list to download the printer driver ZIP file.

Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled (initial value) in the [Interface] menu of the product.
Right-click the Bluetooth icon at the lower-right corner of the Windows desktop screen, and select [Add a Bluetooth Device].
Select the product from the search device list and click [Pair].
The initial value of the device name for the product is 'SATO PRINTER_xxxxxxxxxxxx (BD address)'. You can check and change it on the [Bluetooth] > [Name] on the [Interface] menu of the product.

Download Sato Printers Driver Windows 10

Enter the passcode for the product and click [Next].
The default passcode of the product is '0000'. You can check and change it on the [Bluetooth] > [PIN Code] on the [Interface] menu of the product.
